Avey loves to do everything Andie does. Andie was enjoying some tummy time and Avey crawled right in there to join her and they played there for quite some time.

This was an easter egg hunt on Saturday for kids with disabilities. Avey got to go with Paige. She always seems to get all the best benefits of kids with disabilities, even though she doesn't have one. It reminds me of a time last year when we took Paige and Avey to a big play gym in Bend with a group of special ed kids and there was a lady there taking pictures who came up to me while I was holding Avey and said "Oh, you're so lucky. She doesn't even look like she has Down Syndrome." Hahahahaha...I just let it slide
In other news, we just got back from a girl's trip to Utah to help Ash pick out a wedding dress and flowers and such. It was a really fun trip. It was our first trip since we potted trained Avey back in February, so I was a little nervous but she did great! She wore her panties in the car all day and had no accidents...we did, however, have to pull off the side of the freeway and hold her potty seat above the dirt so she would go.
We're also getting close to finishing our back yard. Rusty dug out the whole sprinkler system while we were gone, so now we just need to finish that and plant our grass! Wahoo! It will be so nice to have more than a square foot of grass in the front yard to play on.
